What is MetLink?
MetLink is MetLife's award winning, online administration tool. This tool is available at no charge to groups with 10+ employees. MetLink helps Benefit Administrators increase accuracy, decrease paperwork and stay organized with up to date benefit information at the stroke of a key. Benefit Administrators can use MetLink to enroll employees and dependents, check eligibility, view and file claims, and view billing information. MetLink gives Benefit Administrators easy access to the information they need to administer their company’s benefit programs and answer employee questions.
